Our Spring league programs are very relaxed and perfect for anyone new to netball. They are short, inexpensive sessions that run only one day per week. So if you have been thinking you want to try out this fun, team-oriented sport, join us!
Netball Alberta's Spring Junior Netball League runs from April 23 – June 18, 2017 plus a Junior A (U16) tournament June 24, 2017
No games on May 21
The games are played on Sundays, 1 hour games played between 5:00 and 8:00 pm at Southland Leisure Centre.
No mid-week training: There are no practices with this league.
Dress Code/Uniform: All players should wear indoor runners, a White T-shirt and Black Shorts. N.A. clothing will be available for sale. Remember to bring a water bottle each week.

This year we are offering an "Intro to Netball for Adults" program which runs for 6 weeks, May 23 - June 27 at Southland Leisure Centre on Tuesdays, 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Each week, you will learn a few more aspects of the sport and play a short game to put those skills to work while having fun. If you have been contemplating trying netball out, this is the program for you. Bring a friend or two to learn this exciting sport!

Netball Alberta's Spring Senior Netball League for Senior B (recreational) players runs from May 23 – June 28, 2017.
The League is played on Tuesday nights at 8:00 pm & 9:00 pm or Vivo Wednesday nights at 7:30 or 8:30 pm (format is subject to change dependent on registration demand).
Dress Code/Uniform: All players should wear indoor runners, a White T-shirt and Black Shorts.

There will be no taping of jewelry allowed, except for a wedding ring and medical bracelet(s). All piercings to be removed prior to taking to the court (no exceptions).
Gloves are to be worn for medical conditions only. The gloves must be approved by the umpire prior to play and nails should be short underneath the gloves in line with those playing without gloves.
